DC National Rowing Club is run by parents and is governed by a Board of Directors that is elected annually by members of the Club.

Our Board members administer different functions of running the rowing club (equipment, fundraising, social, finance, etc.) and may exercise all powers of the Corporation per the Bylaws. The Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws are on file with the state of Maryland and copies are kept by the Secretary of DCNRC.
